Hi, I am Will Algard, my mission is to give back to the game that I loved my entire life and teach my learnings and experiences that have happened to me in my career.  My mission is also to make the hard work fun for players, sometimes the grind of getting good at any sport is not fun, it takes hours of hard work to really become good at something.  But if a coach can make the grind enjoyable, real positive results will come to a player.
